We have a team of highly skilled technicians. Each new technician is placed on a trial with us, to ensure they are up to the high standard we expect before making employment permanent.
Martin and Nick are part of the furniture. They have worked with us for over 10 years and are very highly skilled and can turn their hand to just about everything. Their most valuable skill is their structural waterproofing, with many of our showcase jobs featured on our website, credited to them.
Neil is our lead plasterer and has been with us for many years. We have complete trust in him to go out every day and turn out work of the highest quality. He is very well liked by our customers due to the high level of care and respect he treats their homes with on every occasion.
Michael is currently nearing completion of his Damp Technician Apprenticeship. He has also been recently awarded the PCAQT award. We believe that this would make him the highest qualified specialist technician in the North East (and are still waiting to be proven otherwise!) Mick has gone from strength to strength and become a very valuable member of the team.
LLoyd has recently joined us and brought with him a wealth of experience. Whilst he is a joiner by trade, he is highly skilled in structural waterproofing, structural repairs, lateral restraints, and crack ties. We look forward to him becoming part of the furniture here like many of his colleagues.
Michael Jackson is the newest addition to our team, joining our specialist plasterers. He has settled in quickly and rumour has it, he likes to Moon Walk while he is plastering, although we are yet to see it.
We have several other staff members who can be called upon when needed, including Gary, Dave and Titch the plasterers, who we have worked with for many years and we can rely on to turn out an exceptional job. Anthony and Andy, are part of our joinery and waterproofing team and can always be trusted to maintain the high standards that we set.
Extreme care is taken when employing new members of staff, not only must they have the right skills, but most importantly, they must have the right attitude, and fit in with our company’s vision.
